A typical individual headshot session takes 30-45 minutes. This includes time for setup, multiple outfit changes if desired, and capturing various poses and expressions. Team sessions are scheduled based on the number of participants, typically allowing 10-15 minutes per person.
For professional headshots, we recommend solid colors in blue, gray, black, or white. Avoid busy patterns, logos, and distracting jewelry. Bring 2-3 outfit options so we can find what photographs best. We provide a detailed style guide before your session with specific recommendations based on your industry and goals.
For headshot sessions, you'll receive your edited images within 48-72 hours. Family and engagement sessions are typically delivered within 2 weeks. Event photography turnaround is 5-7 business days. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee if you need images sooner.
